Tailored navigation support for all kinds of emergency vehicles
Paratus Pocket Navigation is mainly constructed for emergency and resque vehicles. The alarm centre can easily transfer cases with positions directly into the navigation computer, regardless of whether if the navigation computer is in the vehicle or in the pocket of the user. The quickest way to the destination is displayed on the screen and a recorded voice guides the driver to the destination.
If the pocket computer has been programmed with for example action plans and treatment routines, it can easily be removed from the holder and serve as support at the destination. It can also be used for registration of various observations at the scene, by the help of the touch screen and a voice recorder. The pocket computer can also be connected to the Internet and thereby function in other systems.
Paratus Pocket Navigation is built on one of the most widely used navigation systems on the market: Destinator. To make the system mobile, we use a pocket computer with built-in GSM/GPRS.
The Paratus Pocket Navigation is a standard product based on Windows Mobile.
