Are you spending too much time and effort supervising and collecting  information on various objects and other vital information? Many emergency services have difficulty in distributing collected information to the Operating forces in a simple way, but our new tool allows you to do this, easily - without needing any previous knowledge of advanced GIS systems.

Information of interest, specifically developed for the Emergency Services, can often be related to a point or polygon of a map. You can easily identify additional information by looking at a chosen map for a particular aspect or quality? All the information contained in your specific system combined with the information contained in the municipality, county councils or elsewhere may now simply be compiled independently by the user.

To view or add information:

  1. Create or select a layer
  2. Add one or more items
  3. Connect any file / document or object to the World Wide Web page
  4. Select from preinstalled icons or to add custom icons to view a particular item
  5. Display an area of the map instead of an icon
  6. Display a line on the map

    Examples showing:
  7. Examples of an industrial object
  8. Example of a property identified by a surface

To get a complete picture as possible, you can import the layers from other systems, e.g. fire hydrants, water source protection areas for hazardous areas, buildings and associated owners, etc.
You can also import items from your own information system via an open XML structure.
When you are finished, you can export the results to your vehicle computers. If you only have a few vehicles, you can update them with a USB stick, but if you have a large number of vehicles perhaps hat are spread over several cities, you can update your information via W-LAN using Paratus Sync.

Viewed from within the vehicle, this is what you will see when you click on an area of an icon or a polygon. It is very easy to see which files / documents / URLs are linked to the polygon and select the information required.
